Romanceishness

What is romanceishness? To me it is anything with romantic or contains romantic undertones. I love romance from movies, tv shows and especially books. There is no shame in loving love. So this is my new book blog celebrating my love of romance.

Romance books are not what they used to be. They can be mysteries, thrillers, historical, fantasy, science fiction, contemporary, erotic, clean, funny and just about anything you can think of. I read a wide variety of romance from both well known authors and indy. I actually have a big soft spot for indy writers. I prefer an emphasis on romance and less on sex. Though I am not opposed to a sexy scene or two. I don't like menage but love the occasional angsty love triangle.

So welcome to my blog that celebrates my love romance (even if that is not the central focus of the book). I am a mother, a sister, a wife, a stepmother, a nerd, a geek, a weirdo, a freak, a nice girl, a loyal friend, a Jersey girl, a BBW, a food lover... well you get the picture.
